> Morning verse:
Awake, awake. The sun
is shining bright.
He drives away the long
dark night
The moon and the stars
have gone to rest
And Earth in softest green
is dressed.
Now we will open our heart
Of this great world we
are all part.
And if we work or sleep
or play
Be with us, golden sun
today.
> Chant
Two little hands go clap,
clap, clap
Two little feet go tap,
tap, tap
One little body turns
round and round
And I stand up, straight
on the ground.
One step to the left,
one step to the right,
One step to the front
and one step to the back.
I stretch my arms up high,
And I stand up, straight
on the ground!
> Song:
When we tell a story,
we sit altogether
Today’s story will
begin soon.
> Story:
Caterpillar, crawling
so slow
Caterpillar let me help
you go
Carrying my caterpillar
showing all my friends.
Caterpillar crawled somewhere
I don’t know where
he goes.
Caterpillar crawling down
my nose
Caterpillar crawling up
the trees
Caterpillar eating all
the leaves
Caterpillar getting big
and round
Caterpillar finds a branch
to spin all around
In his cocoon seeping
for some time
Dreams... until he grows
some wings
And becomes a butterfly.
> Song
Butterfly, flutter by
in the garden
How happy am I that you’re
passing by.
Please come in. I have
room for you.
> Game: Hide and Seek
Eeny meeny miny moe, catch
a tiger by the toe. If he hollers, let him go.
My mother told me to choose
the very best one, and this is you.
A student is chosen, goes
outside to hide. And hunters go find him/her.

To the second boy, he

He shows a yellow butterfly

A red butterfly, he shows

Three Butterfly Brothers.’
Story ‘The three
little butterflies’ Once upon a time, there were three little butterfly brothers, one white, one red, and one
yellow. They played in the sunshine. They dance among the flowers in the garden. They were so happy. One day, there comes
a heavy rain and the butterflies are wet. They fly away home. When they get there, they find the door is locked and the key
is gone. So they have to stay in the rain and they are wet, very wet. By
and by, they fly to the red tulip. They say. Beautiful tulip, will you open your flower-cup and let us in till the storm is
over? The tulip answers: The red butterfly may enter, because he is like me, but the white and yellow may not come in. The
red butterfly says: If my white and yellow brothers can not come in, then I will stay outside in the rain with them. So the
three butterflies fly away. By and by, they fly to the yellow daffodil. They say. Beautiful daffodil, will you open
your flower-cup and let us in till the storm is over? The daffodil answers: The yellow butterfly may enter, because he is
like me, but the white and red may not come in. The yellow butterfly says: If my white and red brothers can not come in, then
I will stay outside in the rain with them. So the three butterflies fly away. By and by, they fly to the white lily.
They say. Beautiful lily, will you open your flower-cup and let us in till the storm is over? The lily answers: The white
butterfly may enter, because he is like me, but the white and red may not come in. The white butterfly says: If my yellow
and red brothers can not come in, then I will stay outside in the rain with them. So the three butterflies fly away.
But the sun, who is behind a cloud, can hear it, and he knows the butterflies are very good brothers. So he pushes his face
through the clouds, chases the rain away and shines in the garden. He dries the wings of the three butterflies, and warms
their bodies. They stop to cry, and dance among the flowers. They fly away home and find mommy at the door.

Semester 2
The sun is in my heart.
He warms me with his power, And wakens life and love In bird and beast and flower. With joy I greet the morning sun
Who shines with love on every one Who shines in the sky, on the land and sea, And who fills me with light When
he shines on me. Good morning (afternoon) to you and Good morning (afternoon) to me.

In a soft and gentle way, He's saying, 'Take your snowsuit off, I'm blowing warm today.' Story:
Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter Once upon a time there were four little Rabbits, and their names were-- Flopsy, Mopsy,
Cotton-tail, and Peter. They lived with their Mother in a sand-bank, underneath the root of a very big fir-tree. "Now,
my dears," said old Mrs. Rabbit one morning, "you may go into the fields or down the lane, but don't go into Mr. McGregor's
garden: Your Father had an accident there; he was put in a pie by Mrs. McGregor. Now run along, and don't get into mischief.
I am going out." Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cotton-tail, who were good little bunnies, went down the lane to gather blackberries;
But Peter, who was very naughty, ran straight away to Mr. McGregor's garden, and squeezed under the gate! First he
ate some lettuces and some French beans; and then he ate some radishes. But round the end of a cucumber frame… Mr.
McGregor! Mr. McGregor jumped up and ran after Peter. Peter was frightened; he rushed all over the garden. He lost
his two shoes. Mr. McGregor caught sight of him at the corner, but Peter slipped underneath the gate, and was
safe at last in the wood outside the garden. Poem: Our Night Visitor by C. Owen A bunny came to call last night.

meadow green. Grammar Point: I am Oliver. I am not Thibault. You are Vivian. Who are you? I am Oliver. Story
The Selfish Giant by Oscar Wilde Every afternoon, the children play in the Giant's garden. It is a large lovely garden,
with soft green grass. Here and there stand beautiful flowers like stars, and there are twelve peach-trees. One
day the Giant comes back. He sees the children playing in the garden. 'What are you doing here? My garden is my garden.'
So he builds a high wall, and puts up a notice-board: TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED. Then Spring comes, and all
over the country there are little blossoms and little birds. Only in the garden of the Selfish Giant it is still Winter.
The birds do not sing. The trees do not blossom. 'Why is Spring so late?' says the Selfish Giant. But the Spring
never comes, nor the Summer and nor the Autumn. So it is always Winter. One morning the Giant is sleeping. He hears
some lovely music. It sounds sweet. He sees children in his park. And Spring is here too.

Maths -- The Whitsun Daisy Flower Story: The Little Seed In the School, in the playground, a little seed is lying in
the earth. She is waiting. One day, an ant passes by through the soil. This ant chatters and chatters. ‘What did you
say?’ asks the little seed. The ant replies: 'What? Spring is coming, Spring is coming! Quick' 'Spring,' thinks the
little seed. 'Can Spring really be coming?' Just then her old friend the worm comes slowly by. 'Worm, is it true what
the ant has told me? Spring is coming?' The worm thinks and replies. 'Yes, I think it must be true, because, yesterday, I
am sure that the soil up above felt warmer than usual.' And he runs away. The little seed is very excited. 'If Spring is
coming, then I must start growing!' She begins to push a white root down into the earth, and at the same time she pushes upwards
a delicate white shoot. She grows and grows until… oh dear, what is this? A big rock is in her way. The rock is as hard
as iron and fixed firmly in the earth. But as she is wondering what she should do, she feels a crack at the center of the
stone. She slips the tip of her shoot and continues to grow. The shoot grows stronger and stronger. All of a sudden, there
is a loud CRACK! The darkness falls away and the world is filled with light and warmth. The plant has sprouted. Story
The Whitsun Daisy Flower @Story Once there lived a little white flower in the meadow. Her name is ‘Daisy’.
She wants to fly. She wants to run. But she can not. Her roots grow into earth. They hold her there. One day she hears
singing: @Song I see skies of blue..... clouds of white Bright blessed days....dark sacred nights And I think
to myself .....what a wonderful world. @Story The daisy raises her head and sees a bird / a white dove sitting on
a branch above. “Bird, bird!,” says the little daisy, ”How beautiful you are. I am trapped here on
the earth. I have no legs. I have no legs to run with. I have no wings. I have no wings to run with. I have no
friends. I have no friends to play with. I have nothing to do in the world.” “No. You are a flower. says
the dove, You are a child of Father Sun and Mother Earth, You have to hold a gift, a golden treasure, a tiny flame
from Father Sun. You can share with the bees and butterflies. Wait for me. I will fetch it for you. I will bring it
to you.” The white dove flies into the sky. @Story Soon the dove returns. He is carrying in his beak a tiny
flame, a golden flame from Father Sun himself. The dove gently lays the tiny flame. Suddenly, the flower opens, shining, sparkling.
There appears a heart of brightest gold among her petals. "Bees, bees! Butterflies, butterflies, Come to me! Come to me!".
@Game Here is the beehive. Where are the bees ? Hidden away where nobody sees. Watch out and you will see
them coming out... 1..2..3..4..5.. @Poem At Whitsun, the flowers unfold, yellow, white and gold. The wind blows
ever round and round, Sending us the fire, holy flame of fire. @Song Spirits of fire, come to us! We will kindle
a fire! We will kindle a fire, dance the magic circle round.
